Journal has 70 sheets of 70 GSM lined paper, 25 sheets of 4" x 3" yellow sticky notes, 25 sheets of 2" x 1.75" yellow sticky notes, and five sets of colored sticky flags (25 each of orange, pink, yellow, green, light pink).
